Affable staff at the property, tidy rooms. Marvellous and favourable setting short walk to tram and bus, buses and the city center. Btw, located easy to find if coming from airport. Met all requests, do recommend.

It has extremely spacious and quiet rooms and particularly good location close enough to Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes as well as public transport. There's shared bathroom, as for me it was good.

We were warmly welcomed by the charming host, Zlatko, who respected our privacy while being available if needed. Having access to the kitchen was a great convenience, and Zlatko brewed the perfect cup of coffee. His storytelling and exchange of ideas made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Easter stay. It was situated close to the city center, which made it convenient to explore all the tourist attractions. there were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get around. Another advantage was the presence of several bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area, allowing me to try different cuisines and enjoy a cup of coffee whenever I wanted.

the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It could have been better maintained and more thoroughly cleaned.

The apartment itself was renovated and well-equipped, with comfortable rooms and a spacious bathroom. I would highly recommend this place.
